PreNatal Yoga

Overview

Prenatal Yoga is a gentle, supportive practice designed for every stage of pregnancy. This class eases common discomforts like back pain and swelling, builds strength and stability, and encourages flexibility in the hips and spine. Breathwork, pelvic floor awareness, and relaxation techniques help prepare the body and mind for birth while creating space to connect with baby. Each session includes mindful movement, restorative poses with props, and deep rest in a calm, nurturing environment. No prior yoga experience needed.

Please bring a water bottle. We have mats and props.
