According to Ayurveda, spring embodies the qualities of Kapha—Earth and Water, bringing a sense of grounding and nourishment. As we leave behind the Vata season of Winter—Air and Space, it’s the perfect opportunity to reset, reconnect, and embrace the natural rhythms of the season before stepping into the Pitta season of Summer—Fire and Water.

Join us for a three-week journey designed to help you establish a steady daily routine, enjoy nourishing warm meals, and gently detoxify your body and mind.
