Overview

  • Initial Ayurvedic Consultation
  • Two hour group session (Hybrid) on Saturday Morning
  • One online yoga session per week
  • One online meditation session per week
  • 10 Week Session

The Program Typically Includes:

  1. Daily Yoga: Tailored sequences for flexibility, strength, and relaxation.
  2. Ayurvedic Lifestyle Guidance: Personalized routines based on dosha (body constitution), including diet, sleep, and self-care practices.
