Apple Crisp Stuffed Baked Apples

Ingredients

  • 8 Apples
  • ¼ Cup Oats
  • ⅔ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Cup Raw Sugar
  • 8 tbsp Butter

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a bowl, mix together oats, sugar, flour, and salt. Add softened butter and combine until the mixture resembles a crumbly texture. Stuff the apple cavities with the oat mixture, pressing gently to pack it in.

Step 3

Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and bake for 35 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.

Optional:  Before serving, drizzle with milk, almond milk, or soy milk for added creaminess.
