10 week session

The 10-Week Holistic Wellness Program combines Ayurveda and modern wellness to help you achieve balance and vitality. With weekly group sessions, online yoga and meditation, and personalized Ayurvedic guidance, this program supports gradual, lasting well-being.

Spring & Fall Detox

Starts March 24 – April 12th | 3 Weeks

Spring Detox is a three-week program designed to help you embrace the changing season with balance and vitality. Through weekly sessions and midweek check-ins, you’ll explore Ayurvedic practices that support a steady daily routine, nourishing meals, and gentle detoxification. With a holistic focus on seasonal wellness, this program provides practical guidance on aligning your body and mind with nature’s rhythms, helping you transition smoothly from winter to spring.

Ayurvedic Consultation

One 45 min session | One 20 min check-in

In this consultation, you will explore how to create harmony between the body, mind, and spirit through personalized guidance. Jean, an experienced Yoga Instructor and Ayurveda Wellness Counselor, will provide practical tips on incorporating Ayurvedic practices such as diet, daily routines, and self-care into your lifestyle. You’ll leave with simple, effective tools—like oil massage, yoga, and meditation—to enhance your health, reduce stress, and support long-term well-being.

Therapeutic Yoga Session

1 HOUR 15 minUTES

A yoga therapy session is a personalized practice designed to address specific physical, emotional, or mental health concerns. It typically involves a combination of gentle yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques, tailored to the individual’s needs.

Jean’s Hatha Yoga class is a steady, breath-centered practice that balances strength and ease.

She will guide you through foundational postures at a mindful pace, holding poses long enough to build alignment, awareness, and stability. Breath guides the movement, and props like blocks or straps may be used for support.

Class typically ends with relaxation or quiet meditation, leaving you grounded, clear, and centered.

Fourth Trimester 4-week Session

Four Week program for moms and their newborns (not crawling). We learn baby massage, do breath/body practices and create community with other mothers.

Prenatal Yoga is a gentle, supportive practice designed for every stage of pregnancy. This class eases common discomforts like back pain and swelling, builds strength and stability, and encourages flexibility in the hips and spine. Breath work, pelvic floor awareness, and relaxation techniques help prepare the body and mind for birth while creating space to connect with baby. Each session includes mindful movement, restorative poses with props, and deep rest in a calm, nurturing environment. No prior yoga experience needed. Please bring a water bottle.

Sun Salutation

2 hour | Bolton, MA

In this workshop, we will explore the twelve postures that make up the series, Surya Namaskar. Slowly working through the mechanics of each posture we will explore modifications and seamlessly link the Asanas using breath and Mantra.
